Compare Job-Search Resources
Different job search resources serve different purposes. Before choosing where to spend your time, consider the types of jobs offered, geographic coverage, remote-work options, cost, career focus, and whether the platform is designed for your particular employment goals.
Choose a Resource Based on What You Need
- Broad professional job search: LinkedIn Jobs and Indeed
- Remote and flexible work: FlexJobs, Remotive, and We Work Remotely
- AI, technology, and startup opportunities: Wellfound
- European employment and worker mobility: EURES

Free and Paid Resources
Many job-search platforms allow people to search and apply for jobs at no cost, while others offer paid memberships or additional premium features. A paid service is not automatically a better choice. Consider whether its features, specialization, screening process, or other benefits provide enough value for your particular job search.
FlexJobs requires a paid subscription for full access, while several resources on this page provide basic job-search access without requiring a paid job-seeker subscription. Pricing, membership options, and features can change, so check each provider’s current terms before purchasing a service.
AiCareerTrack does not recommend choosing a resource simply because it has a paid plan or an affiliate relationship. Our goal is to help you identify resources that may be useful for your circumstances.
For Employers & Businesses
Finding the right workers is also changing as artificial intelligence, remote work, and new skill requirements reshape recruiting. Employers can use the resources on this page to advertise opportunities, search for candidates, and reach workers in different industries and locations.

Prepare Before You Apply
Finding an opportunity is only part of the process. Before you apply, take time to understand how your current skills compare with the requirements of the work you want to pursue and where additional learning could strengthen your preparation
Check Your AI Readiness
See where you currently stand across important areas of AI knowledge, tools, data, technical foundations, and professional skills.
Identify Your AI Skills Gap
Compare your current capabilities with the skills you may need next and identify areas where focused learning could help.
Build the Skills You Need Next
Once you understand where your skill gaps are, choose learning that supports your career goals rather than trying to learn everything about AI at once. AiCareerTrack’s learning resources can help you decide what to study and how deeply you may need to learn it.
Job Search Safety
Job seekers should use caution when responding to employment offers, especially when a recruiter contacts them unexpectedly or asks them to communicate outside an established hiring platform.
Watch for Warning Signs
- Requests to pay money to apply for a job, receive training, purchase equipment, or secure a position
- Requests for sensitive personal or financial information before you have verified the employer and hiring process
- Recruiters using personal email accounts or domains that do not match the organization they claim to represent
- Job offers made without a meaningful interview or application process
- Promises of unusually high pay for very little work
- Pressure to act immediately, transfer money, deposit checks, purchase gift cards, or send cryptocurrency
- Remote-job offers that are vague about the employer, responsibilities, location requirements, or compensation

Before providing sensitive information or accepting an offer, verify the employer independently. Visit the organization’s official website, confirm that the position and recruiter are legitimate, and be cautious when an opportunity seems inconsistent with normal hiring practices.
